Title: Where Can I Find Help? Hi and first of all thx for reading this.I am a 19 yo guy trying to burn&reduce some fat. I work in a fitness club 3 times a week, and try not to eat that much. Still I feel I could use a diet or so...Is there any place on the internet where I could find things about nutrition and maybe some diets?...And, do u think that strength training 80 minutes 3 times a week and trying not to eat much is helpful??? Name: Danny Date: Oct. 7th, 2001 Title: Re: Where Can I Find Help? you need to eat to fuel your muscles. diets are not good. you need to eat what your body needs and exercise. it's the only way to keep weight off for long term. diets don't teach you anything. the reason why people fail with diets cause it's a short term don't eat this or that and cut your calories low. it's about eating healthy and having those things you really like in small amounts. check daily calorie counters and if you want to lose some drop the weight to what is healthy or what you would like.
