Title: Not Working

hello everyone,
last year i dropped down to 125lbs on a 1200cal diet, exercise and then learned that was bad for me and gained the weight back about 10lbs.
now i take in 1700-1800 and try to at least fit in 3 days of exercise plus weights. sometimes my food isn't the healthiest since i work in a baked goods store but i have good estimates on cals. so can anyone tell me why i haven't lost any weight. i'm comfortable with my body but i felt more confident a little thinner.
