Title: Stress Out

Hi, I work in account, hence the stress. By the time I get home from work all I do at the gym is:
20 min bike ride
20 minute walking
15 minute sit ups
40 minute weight training (light)

however I have been told that this is not enough, I seriously dont have time for anything eles, its so depressing I get up I go to work, I come home I go to the gym I go to bed, mon-fri and its still not enough, I cant give anymore, and I refuse to go on any kind of pills and I cant cut down my food intake, I have no time for food either!!!

    okay, helps to ask a question in here hey?? sorry guys,
    All I want to know is what am I doing wrong and how can I "do more" as I am so often being told (i am at the gym 7 days a week for 1-2 hours!!!)
    I work 8 hours a day, so that leaves me with 14 hours to myself including sleep!!!

    please help!!!

      i honestly feel you're doing too much but that depends on what you eat and drink. the best way is to take it slow and cut out beverages that are sugary, soda and alcohol.
      i don't think people think about including the cals that can add up from that stuff. you also need you time to relax and not worry.
