Title: Can Someone Give Me This List...
hi, i came in to tis site and wanted to know how many calories did the stuff i ate for my diet had, but i dont understand the calorie calculator that they have here, and i get so confused!! can someone give me the amount of calories for:
-ALL FRUITS, (IF POSSIBLE).
-FISH, CHICKEN, AND MEAT, (FRIED IN WATER)
-A BAR OF CHOCOLATE, (EXAMPLES OF KITKAT BARS, OR SNICKER´S)
-SWEETS, CANDY
-BREAD, YOGURT, ICECREAM, etc.
(i know it´s kind of hard, but i would be very happy, and thankfull, if someone helps me here)
