Title: Creatine Help

Hi,

Written on my bottle of creatine monohydrate is the instructions: Take 1 teaspoonful before and after workouts during loading phase, and take half a teaspoonful before and after workouts during the maintenance phase.

What exactly defines the loading or maintenance phase? I go to the gym every two to three days, would that be taking too much? The instructions aren't specific...

    The loading phase typicaly lasts for the first 2-5 days. After these days continue the maintenance phase. For loading take between 10-15g a day. For maintenance take around 3-5 g a day.
