Title: Protein

I have a question about protein. For about 5 months I exercise 4 times a week. I eat 100 gr. of protein a day, but sometimes I feel a bit sick from eating every meal food with protein. Is it enough for me if I eat just 80 gr. of protein a day? My skin (face)looks a bit rough, is it because of the protein? I didn't had it at the time I didn't eat that many protein. I also want to know if I have to eat meat or fish every day for my muscles? Please give me some advise,
