Rep Power: 10 | | Personally ... i used to be addicted to that stuff for a few years .. and it messed me up ... and i was probably 18-20yrs old at the time ... personally i would not reccomend anything with caffeine in it like that or anything that makes you jitter. We took it when i was a bartender/waitress and took it to have more energy and be faster so we'd make more tips ... and it definitely worked for that ... only problem was my hands were so jittery that i couldnt pour the drinks in the glasses so well hahaha! Its kinda funny now and it was then but the problems i've had in between weren't as funny ... I say if your gonna be in shape or be super strong (whatever your goal is) then do it properly and dont use anything like that to help you ... my stomach got messed up from taking ripped fuel and other pills just like it to the point where the doctors thought i had ulcers and i couldnt hardly eat ... its been a year since all that went down and i just now am eating normal again ... BUT each to their own ... everyone's body reacts to things differently ... alot of people i know loved ripped fuel and didnt get stomach problems but we all had jittery hands and racing hearts all the time ... i used to think hmmm it has to be healthier to take supplements like that or than to be 20lbs over weight ... i found its healthier to be overweight Good Luck! |
