I am a 30 year mother of three children. I have gained over 60lbs in the past 5 years and I want to take control of my eating habits and weight. I am having been in any physical activities since high school. I want to start some sort of exercise fitness program to reduce fat and tone stomach muscles but my problem is I had two consective c-sections. My concern is I had an emergeny c-section in 98 underneath the navel and the other in 99 it is bikini line, I was told it is hard to try to tone these muscles. What can I do?

HA! I knew it! I knew I wasn't the only woman in the world with 3 kids and 2 c-sections and rubbery skin that is hangin' from my stomach to my knees.
Sorry girls -- I've been crunching away for about three years now and I am seriously looking into a tummy tuck!
It's depressing, aggrivating and just plain upsetting that I can't do it on my own. The rest of my body is quite proportionate. I'm 5'4" and 125lbs. It is my dream to someday wear midriff bearing shirts again.
I wish I had better advise for you. :-(

Title: Re: Reducing Tummy
I am 34 years old and mother of a kid. I am very slim, i had c-section, and from that time i am having a big tummy. I have good control on my eating. I don't drink alcohol, don't smoke. I do the "Yoga" for 30 minutes, but still no luck. Can someone help me to reduce the tummy. Please help.
Thanks in advance.
