Title: No The Spot Jogging

Hi.
I am 10 kgs over weight. Tring to lose weight, i am on a diet too which is quite normal just reducing 500 calories. & i do 20 mins of on the spot jogging and then 10 mins of stepper plus some streaches please tell me some one is jogging on the spot good or bad & will i lose weight this way.

    what is on the spot jogging? does that mean your jogging in place?? This isnt avery good exercise bc you can be at risk for a foot or ankle injury with this..If you really want to lose weight, running outside burns much more calories and is much better for weight loss

      thanks Dj i wanted to ask if i do jogging out side 4 30 to 45 mins a combination of jogging & walking will i lose weight or do i need to include more exercise like weight training or say join a jym or something cause i am realy confused please help
      if this is confusing let me now i will try to be clear.

        Title: Sounds Ok

        sounds good to do 30-45 minutes of jogging/walking..you will probably lose weight if your eating healthy..but try to have about 1 0r 2 sessions per week of jogging the whole time..and if you cant do that then limit the walking time to a minimun..also weight train 3 days a week for your legs and arms to build lean muscle mass and give your arms and legs definition
