Title: What Is The Best Exercise For Me...
I need to lose around 25-30 lbs. and I don't know what the best exercise is for me. I have lost most of the weight before and I gained it right back. I was hoping someone could give me advice on what to do to lose my weight and how to keep it off. If you can help me I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

well, to lose weight and keep it off, you need to make a lifestyle change, it's not "going on a diet". You MUST build up to doing cardio 3-4x week 30-60 mins...eat healthy, add weight training(muscle burns more calories than fat and boosts your metabolism) and flexibility. Not that I'm a salesperson for them, but Weight Watchers has a very good, balanced program.
