Have you ever tried the eliptical climber. When I was trying to loose some of my inner thigh, that really helped me. If you have an adductor machine handy use that. Start of with about 20 lbs. do about twelve reps and 3 sets of that. You should be shaking by now. If that is too light go up on weight. Hope I have helped you.

ok, first of all; you can't
SPOT reduce.. you can
tighten the muscle
underneath.. but your body
burns fat from ALLLL over.
(how many times do I have
to write this?). Ok.. so, do
your cardio (30-45 mins 4x
week to burn fat and lose
weight allll over).. to tighten
the inner thigh muscles, try
INNER thigh leg lifts and
the adductor machine. I
don't know why you asked
about benching.. that works
your chest and triceps.
