Title: Losing Weight For Wrestling i am going into my swwwior year of highschool, and wrestling is important to me, i weigh 210 pounds and i have some fat on me, i need to lose about 20 pounds in about three months, if anyone can jot down a short cardio workout i can do while i maintain muscle mass (because i am lifting as well) and a short diet suggestion, i would appreciate the help, thank you Name: Block Date: Jun. 6th, 2001 Title: Re: Losing Weight For Wrestling For a diet, eat 6-7 small healthy meals a day. In each meal, make sure it's high Protein and high Carbs. Some people say to restrict Carbs, but that's just stupid. Carbs give your body the wwwergy it needs to build muscle. Just try not to have alot of Carbs 2-3 hours before bed, any other time is great though. As for Cardio, running is good. Jumping rope. Basketball. Anything that gets your heart beating quickly, and your breath panting.
