Title:
Woman OnlyQuestion for the woman who work out and do not use the pill.
I've been working out a lot and the last couple of months my period has not been as bad or much as it used to be. Is this normal when you work out daily or could this be something else?

Hi,
I think this must be a normal positive effect of regular exercise. Before I started my cardio/strength training program my cycles were horrific. Painful and very long. The first cycle after I started was so "normal" that I worried that I might be pregnant. It lasted 4 days and there was NO pain. Before they were 8-10 days long sometimes. Anyway, my personal opinion and experience is that the regular exercise and improved eating habits made this change.

This is very normal when you change your rountine-sometimes you will not even get your period.Whenever I change my workout mine will skip or be very lite. If you think about it it actually quite nice. Good luck.

Hi :)
I have experienced the same thing. Im kinda liking it. I started working out 2 years ago and used to suffer from severe cramping. Now I rarely get them if at all.
