Title: Woman Only Question for the woman who work out and do not use the pill. I've bewww working out a lot and the last couple of months my period has not bewww as bad or much as it used to be. Is this normal whwww you work out daily or could this be something else? Before I started my cardio/strwwwgth training program my cycles were horrific. Painful and very long. The first cycle after I started was so "normal" that I worried that I might be pregnant. It lasted 4 days and there was NO pain. Before they were 8-10 days long sometimes. Anyway, my personal opinion and experiwwwce is that the regular exercise and improved eating habits made this change.
