How Do I Get The Look Of Well-toned, Muscular Arms?I love the look of well defined muscular arms on women. (Think Madonna a few years back). I have access to free weights and wondered how to get that look with the quickest results. Do I do more weight, less reps or visa versa? How much weight should I use and what exercises will get me the quickest results? Thanks for all your advice!

I suggest doing some alternate dumbbell curls, concentration curls and preacher curls. These exercises will work every part of your bicep muscle and get your arms more muscular in no time. I suggest doing moderate weight for about 12-15 reps. If you want to add a lot of muscle, then do heavy weight and low reps, usually about 6-12.
Hope that helps,
Ryan

This depends on your long-term goals. If you simply want to eliminate the fat from your body, therefore making your muscles seem more sleek, then you should do lower weight, with higher repetitions.
If your goal is to gain muscle size, thereby making your muscles look more dominant, then you should up your weight and go for lower repetitions.
If you'd like a little bit of both, and you're making this a long-term program, I'd recommend cycling between the above two techniques. If you have any other questions, or comments for me, please feel free to email me :)
