Title: 4 Inches Off The Hips What exercises can I do to specifically target weight loss/ loss of inches in my hips. I would like to loose 4 inches, and there's not necessarily a time frame but within the next 4 months would be good. If you think this through, you will realize our bodies have far greater wisdom than we do, (thank goodness.) If you could lose weight by just targeting your hips, or abs, or under arms, etc. you would probably focus on them, right? Sure, I would to. Dumb. Because we are focusing on just the parts we see. Our bodies know there are many important parts we don't see that need taking care of too. For example, we need to reduce the fat around our hearts. What about fat in our arteries? And other places. There is a lot we don't see. We are vain. We look in the mirror, and think, "Wow, I wanna change this." But our bodies are smarter than us, and say, "Hmmmm.... Sure. But you NEED this..."
