Hi if anyone can help me firm up my arms and back in 8weeks please tell me what exercises I need to do.It would be helpful if these exercises could be done at home since going to a gym right now is out of the question.Thanks

Hey, this is for your back:
Do 2 sets of 12 reps 3 times a week for each:
1)Lie on your stomach on a mat, arms extended in front of you. Now simultaneously lift arms and legs hold for 2 seconds; lower.
2)Standing knees slightly bend, lean forward until your back is almost parallel to the ground. Hold a set of 3lb dumbbells with palms facing each other and arms just in front of your toes. Now raise your arms out to your sides until they are aligned with your shoulders; lower.
3)Standing with knees slightly bent, lean forward at a 45 degree angle. Hold a set of 3lb dubblells with palms facing each other, arms extended and parallel to your thighs. Now squeeze your shoulder blades together to pull the weights back toward your rib cage; return to starting position.
