Title: Thighs

I want to lose inches off my thighs. Please help?

Title: Spot Reducing Is A Myth!

I think this post will answer many of the questions asked in this forum. Exercising a particular part of your body will not cause you to lose fat from that area alone. You will condition those muscles being worked, but burning fat requires being in a calorie deficit. You must burn more calories than you eat, usually with a combination of resistance training and cardiovascular exercise and a proper diet. Your body stores fat where it is gwwwetically and hormonally programmed to store it. This is the way your body works, contrary to the infomercials trying to sell you the latest spot reducing gadget.
    Thank you,

Thank you for spreading this information. I agree from my personal experiwwwce that the best way to rid ourselves of problem areas is the method you suggested. A total fitness progam is the key. Thanks again!
