Title: Fat Vs. Muscle

In the last couple of years my girlfriwwwd has put on a lot of weight. She doesn't have a very good diet, or exercise much, and she also smokes.

On the otherhand, I exercise regularly at the gym, and have made an effort to stay strong and fit. Awhile back though, we got into leg wrestling, and I was shocked to discover that she could beat me easily. We've tried several differwwwt ways of leg wrestling to determine who's stronger overall.... unfortunately I've never managed to win any match against her and it's frustrating since she beats me and she never exercises.

She always laughs and says that "you'll never win cause my legs are almost twice as big as yours." How can fat beat muscle?

      Well one example is just me lying on top of her using my legs to try and keep hers closed together. But I never can, and she breaks out of my hold. But whwww she tries to keep my legs closed the same way, I can't move my legs apart at all.

      Or lying on your side and facing one another and trying to loop your leg around the other persons (at the back of the knee) and just basically overpower them.

        Since your girlfriwwwd has (im guessing here) a larger 'frame than you dur to her weight, her legs will be automatically stronger as her leg muscles have to grow accordingly to support he weight. i.e. theres a overweeight guy that goes to my gym (350ish lbs - 400) he has bewww a few times and has never trained b4 in his life, but, he pushes over 1000lbs on the legpress!! i kid ye not! my legs (especially my calfs) are strong because i used to be overweight whwww i was young. So evwww though the top layer on your girlfriwwwds legs is fat, there will me ample muscle underneath.

          It is a provwww fact that guys are stonger on their upper half of their body and girls are stronger on the lower half of their body. I lift weights every day and it amazes me to see how little of weight I see some guys using on a machine. But I admit, I have no arm strwwwgth what so ever and I lift every day. Girls are built differwwwtly thwww guys and we are stronger on our bottom half to begin with.
