Stomach & Butt ExercisesI'm having a really hard time building a good butt and i also want to get a firm stomach. I have done a lot of sit-ups for my stomach and a lot of squats for my butt, unfortunely they didn't help. If anyone can help, please tell me what types of exercises i need to do for these two areas. Butt-
Kickboxing! Look into kickboxing, with a few simple moves you can lose a couple inches in just a month. See how to do knee jabs and front and roundhouse kicks. You can make a half hour or hour work out of it if you like. Also, if you stand up straight holding on to something for balance, and keeping your back straight and shoulders facing forward push you leg back and squeeze your bum. Those will help tone.
Stomach-
Crunches! With sit ups you usually end up using mostly your hips. With crunches you get those abs toned. You can do basic crunches, some with your legs up on a chair, and some to the side like you are trying to touch your elbow with your other elbow.
Another one is to lie on your back and bend your knees up and optionally put your shoulder up some, then move your legs out and in like a bicycle. Make sure you squeeze and focus on your tummy.
To get the best results do some calorie burning aerobics and cardio.
