Weight Training During PregnancyI have worked out for over 15 years but just recently got into weight training 3 days a week. My question is can I continue to do so through a healthy pregnancy? I know exercise is great to do during pregnancy but wondered if weight training is okay or what precautions to take.

Definitely weight train but do it lightly. It's honestly more about diet than anything else. I really think you just need to review donlemmon.com for ideas. They are free.
