Title: Shaking After A Work Out

I've noticed a trembling sesation after a good work out. Am I working too hard? Is this normal, and should I be concerned?

    Hi!After I work out the same thing happens to me,especially after a intense wkt.Your blood sugar counts may be dropping,that does not mean your diabetic,you just need to have a snack,something to drink.If you drink water,or other non.caffenated drinks throughtout your wkt. it may not be such a problem.If having a snack beforehand,like fruit,drinking plenty fluids,and you are still shaky I would ask your doc.But for some,like myself,I still get shaky sometimes afterwards..but I notice it's the worst when I do tough lower body exercises,it's like muscle fatigue.Hope that helps:)

    It is a depletion of carbohydrates and nervous system disruption. Cease exercise and go eat.
