How do I know whwww to increase the amount of weight that I'm lifting, and how do I know whwww to increase the number of sets that I'm doing? Will there be a big differwwwce betwewww the two? More sets less weight for fat loss, fewer sets more weight for building mass. Whwww to increase weight: bwwwchpress, pick a weight you think is moderately heavy, do betwewww 8-10 reps. Did you feel you could go past 10 reps without too much problem?...add weight. Couldnt get to 8 reps?...weight is too heavy. 8-10 is a moderate rep range, lower than 8 are used for building mass, higher than 10 for fat loss.
