Title: Excercise To Increase Chest Size? + Exercise To Get Rid Of Stretch Marks And Perhaps Cellulite?

I'm very small chested and I want to know if there are any excercises that I can do to increase my chest size? My second questions is, I have stretch marks (even though I'm not under or over weight I'm sixteen and weigh 115lbs) on my inner and outter thighs. I've been getting them for the past year, plus I get this crease, I'm not sure if it's cellulite. Are there any excercises that I can do to get rid of the stretch marks and cellulite?

    to increase your muscle size, you need a lot of protein. some excercises for your chest that are great are bench press, incline bench press, machine flies, and cable crossovers. you may be underworking or overworking your chest. try doing some oblique crunches and doing some squats with little weight and high reps to get rid of those stretch marks. depending on your height, 115 lbs is pretty low for a 16 year old.

      I feel fairly certain that our worried person is a young lady. The exercises you mentioned of course will develop the muscles but they will have no effect on the size of her bra.
      As an encouragement to our worried friend, work on the previously mentioned muscles will have an effect on the "perkyness" of your breasts. I also feel quite certain that you could not have cellulite at 16. I apologize profusely if I have misunderstood.
