The Cybergenics Quick Trim works REALLY well. The hard part is following the diet. But if I can do it anyone can.... I hate chicken and tuna!!!! Instead of drinking all that water you can supplement Crystil Light for some of it which helps. also if you are dying for a snack get some salt free pretzles. or you can do what I did and buy the fat free ones and pick the salt off! I recomend the diet to any one but like I said you have to follow it faithfully. If the idea of eating four times a day seems a lot I used the quick trim Chocolate shakes for one of the meals.
