Title: Should I Get A Raise Or Not??after 13 Years Hello I need feedback. I have bewww faithfull to the gym I am at for 13 years I asked for a raise since the last one was in 1995 . I got a flat out I cannot afford one (no). And was also told that I need to go out bring more people in for fitness classes??? Is that up to me ti run the ads?? Is it ok to put flyers on homes cars mail boxes etc.?? I need feed back I feel reely down after 13 years. I am good at what I do. Thank you. Name: Ellen
