Title:
Testosteron In The LegsIs it true that working the upper legs at the start of your workout is a good thing to do because of the amount of testosteron that the legs contain? I heard this will make the rest of your body gain faster.

There is no testosterone deposit in the thigh muscles. There are two benefits to working the large muscles of the legs. First, working the largest muscles of the body has the largest effect on changing the metabolism and stimulating the body to burn fat and build muscle (by producing more testosterone?). Second, it causes you to breath heavily which may help to expand the chest cavity, producing a better framework for adding muscle and strength to the upper body.
Another, unrelated part of your question seems to deal with what order to do your workout. It is generally recommended that when you are working more than one body part in a workout, you work the largest muscles first. This is because if you tire out your resitory and circulatory systems and burn up all your energy doing small muscles you will not have enough energy left to properly work the larger muscle groups at the end of your workout. it is often recommend, in general, for an intermediate trainee, that you split your program and work lower body (legs) one day and upper body the next.

It's not doing upper legs. It's doing exercises like squats and deadlifts that involve the most amount of muscles and put the most amount of stress on your system causing the highest release of hormones (like testosterone). This might help the rest of your body grow faster. Squats will cause this, not leg extensions or some other ineffective leg exercise.
