Side CrampsEverytime I run or jog on the street or treadmill, I have to quit before I want to because I get real bad side cramps. I have tried running with and without drinking before my workout, But nothing helps. Does anyone know how to get rid of these dreaded side cramps?

Are you eating any time before workout? If you are going to do cardio you might want to weight at least an hour maybe 1:30 before you excercise.
When I stomach cramps I try to either press on the pained area or just squeeze my abs when I exhale.
