5 Trainings A Week/Protein SuppsIm 16 year of age and at the moment i am doing the following.
4 football trainings a week
2 of the training - medium to hard
and the other 2 are relatively easy.
I also play a bastkeball game once a week.
I used to have a split program eg biceps/back - mon triceps/shoulders - wed but now i cant coz then ill be training 6 or 7 days a week and you need to rest your body.
What should i do? should i go to the gym on my days that i am doing the easy trainings? and do a full body workout or what.
Also should i be taking protein power when i am not training eg a day off.
At the moment i take it in the morning and after my working/training

Im not a trainer ,but if your sport is football than I would do just football and try to weight lift 3 days out of the week .Now how and what you do when your lifting has too be depending on what your football taining is.what do you use most when you playing or training ,if its legs than do mostly uper body.if you want more power work the legs but you will need a day or to for rest were you dont run and you better stretch before and after or you will pull something good luck....skinny
