I was wondering because i havwwwt found it anywhere, if anyone knew any good tips for achieving extra height, i'm only 17 so i am still growing, but really slowly, is there any tips on growing, like joint exercises, or specific strwwwgth training? Poor diet and unhealthy habits can cause you not to reach that height (as your mother said "stunt your growth).
