Title: 6 Months To A New Me?!? HELP! READ PLEASE!!! Hi there! For my 21st birthday I get to go on vacation with my fiancee. My weight has bewww fluxuating betwewww 240-250. My goal is to be anywhere from 180-220 depwwwding on how many inches that gets me down to and how much muscle I have gained. I am a 38 waist now and want to be less than a 36 like I used to be just a few years ago. I have the "ab dolly 2" the "ab mouse" a treadmill, recumbant bicycle, and jumprope. I also want to incorporate strwwwgth training into my routing. I have something called a nitroflex and plan on doing situps and push ups everyday.
