Title: NEED TO TONE UP B4 SPRING BREAK!! HELP!! Hey, everyone, I just found out my sis is coming down to visit me in TX for spring break the 2nd week of March. We're thinkin' of going down to the beach & argh!! I need to tone up if I can evwww think of wearing a bikini! I need to tone up despearately my legs & thighs. Can anyone tell me what I can do quick that's EFFECTIVE & will work!! I've tried everything, from leg lifts & sit ups, etc. I just need to get advice on other types of exercises that primarily work the LOWER BODY. Can anyone help? Thanks!! If you work, do bycicle sit ups after, at least 4 sets where you burn it up. Remember to crunch the stomach while doing it and breathing properly.
