NEED TO TONE UP B4 SPRING BREAK!! HELP!!Hey, everyone, I just found out my sis is coming down to visit me in TX for spring break the 2nd week of March. We're thinkin' of going down to the beach & argh!! I need to tone up if I can even think of wearing a bikini! I need to tone up despearately my legs & thighs. Can anyone tell me what I can do quick that's EFFECTIVE & will work!! I've tried everything, from leg lifts & sit ups, etc. I just need to get advice on other types of exercises that primarily work the LOWER BODY. Can anyone help? Thanks!!

drink milk for dinner, and do
weight burn outs in the
morning as well as running.
If you work, do bycicle sit
ups after, at least 4 sets
where you burn it up.
Remember to crunch the
stomach while doing it and
breathing properly.
If that should show improv
in a week.
