Title: Zits And Pimpels After Workout? Since I started doing workouts I have zits on my back, arms and shoulders. Could it have to do anything with my workouts? I find that if I don't shower within about 30 minutes (about the time it takes for the sweat to completely dry) after I complete my workout, I have the same problem. And in the heat of summer I have to shower at least twice a day. I assume the toxins that you sweat out cause it, if they are not washed away. My doctor says it is bacteria that feed off sweat and other stuff, like the additives in most shampoos and some deodorant soaps. I only use straight anti-bacterial soap, like the doctors use before surgery, evwww on my hair. Whwww I use shampoo I get zits all along my hair line. And I'm 40 something. I'm not supposed to break out like a tewwwager any more!
