* I Need Some Serious Help!!!!!!!!!*Hey im a 17 yr old guy who is 6'2, and weighs 189 lbs. I was hoping that someone could give me on some advice on workout strategies and dieting...as of now i run around 2 miles a night, go to the gym 2 days a week, and do an ab workout almost every night. my body is getting in shape, but it has reached a point where it has just remained the same. I have no dieting going on as of now. i need something that is healthy and will help me define my muscles. as of now i only eat lunch....and dinner like every other night... and all i drink is water.. any help would be much appreciated, thank you.

ye gods if this post is true then you need to get a sound diet right away. Diets are sometimes more than 1/2 the equation.
Eat 5 meals a day, NEVER LET YOURSELF GO HUNGRY!!! even if you can fight this your only killing your metabolism. I could go on and on but there is a lot of info on great diets and exercise programs. I have liked mensfitness.com lately but there are ton of others and they all end up saying the same thing- eat 5 meals ( 3 big 2 small ) try to get a Protein/Carb?fat ratio in the calories you eat to 40/30/30. find the amount of calories your body needs to remain at the level it is then subtract 500 if you want to lose weight and fit that into the 40/30/30. AND DON"T BUY BOOKS OR THE SUPLEMENTS THEY ADVERTISE; they are all crap until your body is in great enough shape to use them.
