Love Handels Problems I want to Tone and Reduce my Love Handels. I do side bends 3x a week 20 to 25 on each side with 40lbs in each hand. Should I be using 20lbs to reduce my Love Handels or is the 40lbs ok for reduceing.

You can't spot reduce. What you are doing will tone/build the underlying muscle, which may make the area look beter, but will not reduce the fat layer which covers it. You must reduce your overall body fat level to do that.

I no that you can not spot reduce and I do cardiovacular 4 to 5 times a week. I just wanted to know if it was better to use 40lbs or 20lbs. I have here that the 40lbs will build-up the muscle and the 20lbs will only tone the muscle.
