Help Me Fast Pleasehi-my nam eis april and i'm 16. in march i have this school dance and i have the perfect dress for it but i need help getting a more perfect body.i have little fat hanging near my armpits and i would like to tone my stomach up i'm already thin but i just want to tone it up. i need to do these things fast just i have less than a month to do so. thank you to whoever helps me .love ya all april

The key is to burn the fat around your muscle as well as toning your present muscle.
I don't know if you will have the results you desire in less than a month but you can give it a shot. This is just some general advice.
Cardio, cardio, cardio. You need to either hit up a treadmill, bike, eliptical machine, stepper, anything that will get your heart rate up so you can burn fat. Try a variety of machines at a gym in order to vary your excercise and not get bored. If you don't like working out in a gym then you can try running or biking outside. The key is to keep a constant motion for at least 15-20 minutes so that you know you are burning calories and fat.
After your cardio you may want to use some weights and tone your muscle.
For abdominals, try doing a variety of crunches, sit-ups, leg lifts, side crunches, bicycle manuevers, captain's chair, excercise ball. The key is to do them slowly so you can really tone the muscle.
I hope you have fun at your dance but remember that your date will enjoy your presence no matter if you have a little fat or not a fully toned stomach.
