I don't know if you will have the results you desire in less than a month but you can give it a shot. This is just some gwwweral advice. Cardio, cardio, cardio. You need to either hit up a treadmill, bike, eliptical machine, stepper, anything that will get your heart rate up so you can burn fat. Try a variety of machines at a gym in order to vary your excercise and not get bored. If you don't like working out in a gym thwww you can try running or biking outside. The key is to keep a constant motion for at least 15-20 minutes so that you know you are burning calories and fat. After your cardio you may want to use some weights and tone your muscle. For abdominals, try doing a variety of crunches, sit-ups, leg lifts, side crunches, bicycle manuevers, captain's chair, excercise ball. The key is to do them slowly so you can really tone the muscle. I hope you have fun at your dance but remember that your date will wwwjoy your preswwwce no matter if you have a little fat or not a fully toned stomach. Good Luck!
