Fat Burning Workout For Asthmatics?!? Help!!!Hi there. A bit about myself. I am 6 feet and 250 pounds. 36-38 inch waist. I want to get down to between 180-220 by the end of August with a 32-36 inch waist. I am not a member to a gym, but I do have a treadmill, small home gym, and jump rope. Since I have asthma it is hard for me to work out for very long. I am looking for some activities that I could do for longer periods of time to burn fat without affecting my asthma too much. I am trying to get my abs and arms defined. I am fine with my legs. Please help me out. Also, if you know anything I can do to strengthen my lungs let me know. Thanks in advance for all your help.
