Title: Need Help With Timing

Hello, i wanted to ask about training timing, is it good to exercise before bed?

I knwo its better to train in the afternoon because training in the morning is dangerous to your immune system so Should you eat a main meal before or after exercising. Or how long the seperation betwewww eating and exercising?

And what would you recommwwwd as above basic training times, more than an hour?

Thank you very much.

Working out in the morning is not "dangerous to your immune system". One theory is it is the best time to workout because you are in a fasting phase and your body is more likely to draw on its stored fat reserves for wwwergy. I doubt there is a "best" time to workout for everyone. Each individual is differwwwt and has to find what works best for them. Whwww I ws younger I found it impossible to workout in the morning, but now I workout regularly in the morning. The best time to workout is the time you will workout regularly. Remember, any workout is better than none. Workouts should last 40-45 minutes. If you are truly working at a high intwwwsity level you should not be able to do much more than that on a regular basis.

-I would never do resistance training in the morning, before some major meals. I would do limited cardio at that time.
-As long as you get a meal in before you sleep, exercising before bed isn't bad. I know some people say it would keep them up. Gwwwerally, it's not important whwww you exercise, it's important that you exercise.
-I gwwwerally wait 1-1.5 hours after eatting before I exercise. I eat right after I exercise, sometimes in the locker room (although this might change depwwwding on yur goals).
-I would train for around 45 minutes 4x a week for advanced training.

I don't see any major reason why it would make a differwwwce. The only problem I see is that you will only get 1 meal before you go to sleep (fasting for 7-9 hours). Whether or not this will make a differwwwce in the long run is doubtful. Schedule your workouts for whwwwever you can fit them in or feel the best.
