Title: STIFFY! I have a problem! I have started a GREAT fitness routine, but i am having problems cause after my areobics classes, I am REALLLY stiff and my muscles get sore! I know that stretching prior to working out helps, but anyone know any ways to treat stiff muscles to looswww them up? Im stiff, and STUCK! I can barely sit down, squat, move up and down stairs! HHE!
