STIFFY!I have a problem! I have started a GREAT fitness routine, but i am having problems cause after my areobics classes, I am REALLLY stiff and my muscles get sore!
I know that stretching prior to working out helps, but anyone know any ways to treat stiff muscles to loosen them up? Im stiff, and STUCK!
I can barely sit down, squat, move up and down stairs! HHE!
At least I know i had a good workout!
Any suggestions?

It is almost more important to strench AFTER workout. Post-run stretching is crucial to distance runners. Do you do this?
