Title: Stretch Marks I am not gaining weight, but have incorporated an intwwwse strwwwgth training workout 4 days a week with a personal trainer, in addition to my usual cardio. This morning I noticed stretch marks on my left hip. Last night I did some leg activities with squatting. Is this normal? I am freaking out about this!! Please let me know!
