Stretch MarksI am not gaining weight, but have incorporated an intense strength training workout 4 days a week with a personal trainer, in addition to my usual cardio.
This morning I noticed stretch marks on my left hip. Last night I did some leg activities with squatting.
Is this normal? I am freaking out about this!!

Stretch marks are caused when the underlying tissue grows faster than the skin, usually associated with rapid weight gain, from pregnancy, steroid use, teenage growth spurts, etc. They are almost certainly not caused by something you did last night.

Could it be from muscle growth?
Cause I am not gaining weight, not pregnant, not using steroids etc.
I'm clueless!
