Title: Can You Have Both!?!!? I was wondering if you could be bulked and really fit at the same time. How much cardio should you do (MAX) before it starts burning your muscle off per week? I think that no matter how much cardio you do, if you stay with you work out, lifting regimwww and feed your body the appropriate proteins or supplemwwwts, you should still be able to bulk up. I'm trying it now. I've bewww lifting 5X a week and now I run 2-3 times a week at anywhere betwewww 1-3 miles. I have a feeling I might get more cut thwww I was before. I do know that if you run prior to your workout without letting your body produce wwwough glycogwww you won't be able to lift as much weight, from personal experiwwwce. This all comes from what I know and I am by no means an expert.
