Title: Can You Have Both!?!!?

I was wondering if you could be bulked and really fit at the same time.

How much cardio should you do (MAX) before it starts burning your muscle off per week?

Ive been looking around for this answer and it would be good if you could help me.

    I think that no matter how much cardio you do, if you stay with you work out, lifting regimen and feed your body the appropriate proteins or supplements, you should still be able to bulk up. I'm trying it now. I've been lifting 5X a week and now I run 2-3 times a week at anywhere between 1-3 miles. I have a feeling I might get more cut then I was before.

    I do know that if you run prior to your workout without letting your body produce enough glycogen you won't be able to lift as much weight, from personal experience.

    This all comes from what I know and I am by no means an expert.
