ObliquesMy obliques aren't as defined as I would like them to be. I do them after my workout. I usually put a 10-15 lb bar on my back and do those torso twists. Sometimes I do the side bends with about 45 lbs. Is there anything else I can try?
Don't mention cardio and diet because those have already been implemented.
