Re: Getting Big And CutIm not an expert but I will give it a go. If your new to weights you should start basic. Buying a gym membership is the best way to go, but if you need to save you can always workout at home until you have enough. There are many exercises you can do by just using your body. Bench dips, sit ups, pushups (different arm positions) squats with your hands straight infront of you.
Another thing you should also remember is to eat well, diet is as important as training.
