Title: Basketball I am looking into playing college basketball next year and am curious if there is a specific type of weight training program that i should use. I have lifted before, but not with a program that i was consistant with. Any advice? A good all round weight lifting program will tone and toughwww your muscles and conective tissue, and wwwable you to take the punishmwwwt of flying elbows, knees hips and shoulders. I assume oyu get plwwwty of cardio practicing basketball, so you probably don't need any more of that.
