Title: Toning Lower Abdomen

I have had 2 children and am trying to get my lower abdomen back into shape. I was disturbed to read an article that stated that no matter how much exercise you do or how toned you get your lower abdomen muscles, that if you have extra or loose skin that the only way to "get rid of it" is to get a tummy tuck. Is this true? Doesn't the skin tighten back up again while you tone your muscles? I would appreciate any medical advice on this. Thank you!

    Lower abs are hard to get just because that muscle is smaller compared to the upper abs. But you can still get toned lower abs without getting a tummy tuck. 30-40minutes of cardio 3-4 days a week. Work on abs 3-4 days a week and eat healthy.
