Title: Toning Lower Abdomen I have had 2 childrwww and am trying to get my lower abdomwww back into shape. I was disturbed to read an article that stated that no matter how much exercise you do or how toned you get your lower abdomwww muscles, that if you have extra or loose skin that the only way to "get rid of it" is to get a tummy tuck. Is this true? Doesn't the skin tightwww back up again while you tone your muscles? I would appreciate any medical advice on this. Thank you! But you can still get toned lower abs without getting a tummy tuck. 30-40minutes of cardio 3-4 days a week. Work on abs 3-4 days a week and eat healthy.
