Title: Losing Fat In Target Areas

I was wondering if there are some simple exercises that I can do to lose fat in target areas. Basically, I would like to focus on my thighs, butt, and love handle areas. I'm just doing this in my room right before bed, so just one easy exercise would be great. Thanks much.

    Unfortunately there is no such monster as area specific fat reduction. Fat is burned by your body as it is needed. Of course your body different from other peoples' bodies goes to certain areas first to harvest the energy. For example, your body probably goes to the areas you wish to address after it seeks the stored energy (fat)from other areas first. You need to reduce your caloric intake and exercise enough to burn stored energy to the point that your body needs to go to the areas you wish to reduce in.       I agree with Ed!
      However there are some exercises you could do in your room to help tone those places up!
      Stationary Lunges
      Squats
      some basic crunches

      are just a few you can do to tone up!
