    You want to do lots of cardio. Along with eating a balance diet and working on your abs. For cardio you want to go at least 20minutes at 60-75% of your max. heart rate then you start to burn the fat cells.

    Hi Tonya

    Eventhough cardio does burn alot of fat and undesirable weight, it doesnt target the problem areas. For the stomach, usually sit ups and stomach machine for 12 to 15 reps for 3 to 4 sets will do fine for the upper abdominals, but alot of people overlook the lower abdominals, there are stands where you body is elevated off the ground and your feet hang without touching the floor. Here is where you lock you legs and elevate you feet straight in front of you. If locking your legs makes it too hard, then bring both knees to your chest to start the lower development, 12-15 reps for 3-4 sets. Another exercise for lower abs is lay on the floor and elevate your feet up, some people bring them up as high as they can and other lift about 6 inches and holds them as long as they can. Try these exercise to see if they help, Good luck.

      Hi again I did go to a health club and I would love to join but I can't afford it at this point the personal trainer there advised me that I have 41% body fat I am 40 female and I weigh 200 I am 5'7 now he advised he could have me lose most of it or all of it within 2-3 months and it would be all fat, but his rates I can afford I am tired of being fat I have only been fat for 3 years now and I have never been this big, I was mostly 135-145 and with 8% body fat I moved to another state took a different job field and thats when I gained weight drastically including I quit smoking to be healther and now I am a fat HEFFER, I dont want to remain unattractive because of my weight and my spouse is always making snide comments reguarding my weight it hurts my feelings a lot and I have told him..... Please help me, I just bought a Tony Little Gazelle ellipitical trainer too please email me at tonyathurston@hotmail.com I just want my life back and to feel sexy again within myself also for my husband who I would never want him to stray away from me for a hard bodied chick and lately all he looks at is the Pamela Anderson type of women and that pisses me off to the max!!!!!!!!
