Title: Removing A Flabby Chest
Hi, I'm 18, 5'10", 155 lbs, and have been lifting wieghts for 2 years now. I have noticed an increase in size and definition in most parts of body except my chest. I hear that working out isn't the answer, but eating and exercising correctly is (or maybe the union of both). I play basketball for about 1 hour everyday--i usually play for 15 minutes and sit out for another 15 minutes until the hours is up. Then I lift wieghts to get my chest defined but im not sure if im doing the right workouts. I have no organized routine to follow. I also think i need to eat healthier but i dont know what kind of diet i need to go on. Unfortunately I eat fast food a lot because I am always in a rush. I was wondering if you could help me get a program organized so that I can lose my embarrassing flabby chest ASAP. I also wanted to add that I have a slim figure and I used to participate in track and field and lose about ten pounds by the end of each season and I still wouldn't notice any change in my chest. Does it not change beacuse I need to workout at the same time that I am doing cardio? I have about 6 percent body fat, yet I have fat deposit apparent on my chest. Whatever information you provide me with, I will be very grateful for. Thank you.
