Name: angel Date: Aug. 4th, 2002 Title: Re: Gluteus Hmm I'm not really sure but I know that if you want a nice butt curve thwww you should do muscle exercises to build a shape out of it. The exercise's that worked for me are the lunge(all the way down tell your knee touches the floor and use your gluteus group to stand back up) the squat (with wieghts) and step ups (stand in front of a step with wieghts and step up with one leg going straight back about a foot in the air step back down and step up with other foot) And also the leg press most gyms should have one. These are the ones that worked for me hope they can be a little help to you.
