The basic video I found was not enough of a workout, only 16-18 minutes. I also found that it worked the abs (which is good) more so than the legs and butt. Personally, I found thehe advanced workout a little dangerous. Unless you are in PEAK shape, the moves are much too quick, which affects your concentration on maintaining good form. I ended up pulling a leg muscle the first time I did the video, and that was after doing the first one for about 6-8 weeks.

I do the advanced Tae-Bo four days a week and alternate between the two advanced videos. I swear by them and they definitely work! But don't just jump into them. Start with the basic ones and work your stamina up to the advanced!
