Ab Exercises While Sitting?I type on the computer all day, sitting. I am very thin, 5'1, 107 pounds but my stomach is flabby. Are there any exercises I can do while sitting??

Hi Sherri,
Yes, there are. First, you will need to make sure you are sitting in a good chair that will allow you to have proper posture.
This isn't necessarily going to replace crunches, but it will help.
Sit up straight in the chair with your back against the chair and your feet flat on the floor.
You want to squeeze your abs as if you were trying to get them to reach the back of the chair. (This is similar to when you do crunches and are trying to get your abs to squeeze to the floor.) Hold for 10 seconds, then release and repeat as many times as you can WITHOUT losing your posture or proper form.
Make sure you are breathing on the exertion of the movement (in this case when you are squeezing to the back of the chair)
